Seriously. Are people blind?? Can you guys not discern for yourselves what is actually going on in that video?? IT'S RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR ING FACES. |

I wonder what conclusions people would make about what was going on in this video if they watched it not knowing the story behind it. |

| Didn't he get tased, because he was resisting the police ? They wanted to escort him out |

Yup.
edit: kinda
unclear if if was that or if after resisting so much they put him under arrest. But yeah. |

Yes Ory, that's exactly what I said. Let's start with you. :gsmile: |
So far you've been illustrating that you do not, in fact, have a "point". Perhaps you should be tasered?
P.S. You can learn something from this:

| You wouldn't resist if you thought you were getting arrested for no reason? I would. |

I agree with mezzir's synopsis of what happened. Which leads me to say...
Stop with the freedom of speech BS! He has every right to say what he wants, in HIS OWN FORUM. Time was up, they even allowed him extra time when he rudely demanded it.
Freedom of speech means he can write anything and publish it, record anything and podcast it, say anything and broadcast it. He has had every opportunity to do so. |

How many cops does it take to drag a loud protesting unarmed kid (who has already been forced on the ground btw) out of the building without resorting to any lethal or non lethal force whatsoever ? |
probably 2.
maybe 1 if it was the black one. |

But he wasn't getting arrested, he was getting escorted away from the mic. |

No, I wouldn't. There's the irony of the law, if they didn't have a just reason to arrest you, and you fought back? Yeah well there's a perfectly good reason!
If you're being arrested and don't think you should DO NOT raise your voice, DO NOT act agressive, just simply ask why you are being arrested. Don't cooperate, but for 's sake don't make them angry either. |

Hell no! If you know that you're innocent of something then there's a near guarantee you'll be released or be found innocent in court. AS LONG AS you're not getting yourself into situations where you could be arrested in the first place, then you have nothing to be worried about.
If you resist then you will absolutely be charged with resisting and you will be convicted. If you resist then the judge has reason to believe you had committed the original offence and wanted to escape.
Again, he wasn't being arrested UNTIL he started flailing about like a madman. |
