it does matter, and I don't think he was being arrested, they didn't cuff him or tell him his rights. |

I absolutely cannot believe the number of soggy-s in this thread turning a mole hill into a mountain. s sake people - the kid was an idiot, acted as such, and was handled in the same fashion: what's not to get?
All of you are acting as if the first amendment has been on here, and that all of a sudden we're in this police state where no one can speak their mind without getting tasered - and frankly, I think you're all ing crazy.

So far you've been illustrating that you do not, in fact, have a "point". Perhaps you should be tasered?
P.S. You can learn something from this: |
You know, I thought that maybe you'd be smart enough to wrap your brain around how utterly sad it is that this whole situation essentially reinforces the fact that our society is nothing more than PCU. Apparently you aren't.
And next time, save the Voltaire references for a situation where it's apt. |

Che? You mean the lead singer from Rage Against the Machine?
:conf:
;)
And yes, Voltaire was defending free speech - interpret it however you want, but I highly doubt his intent was to defend this s attempt to hijack a private event, where his "right to free speech" technically didn't even exist. |

Not at all. I just have low tolerance and/or sympathy for the weak, exceedingly ugly, fat, and stupid. |
