Hah, the most penalties (fights) I've ever seen in a game was an EHL game, HIFK (my team!) vs. Manchester Storm :p

Damn hooligans! :)

Some random clips can be found on youtube.

bah. it's all about the Nottingham Panthers. Mostly because it's my closest team and they play at the arena where all the big bands play on tour so i get easy access to :D

Hah, I think you'll find it's all about my Belfast Giants. Top of the league and looking damn good right now. We have the nicest arena and best support too ;)

So I ended up getting into the game. in Sharks looked like hell and gave up their first loss. Ducks looked great and the sharks couldnt get passing right. Too many shark penaltys....and a in shut out. 0-4 and the ducks first win. It was bound to happen but to the ducks was a bitter pill.

Two cvnty 14 year old girls were heckling me on the walk to the car.:wtf: :stongue:

Sharks play the flyers tonight. They better not make it a habit of giving the other team their first win.:whip:
elFreak
the flyers have been getting pushed around lately.

expect a very physical game.

we will destroy phoenix tonight.

i wish i didn't have to waste a game in my package to see them.
Ian
so what happened to the sharks :nervous:
elFreak
they were not going to go 82 - 0 :p

only 4 teams who have not lost yet.

go habs go.

At least you're not

a) giving away way too many penalties
and b) letting Jason Blake take one in the shootout :p

course not, but with the form the ducks have been in and the fact it was a mirror image of the sharks..... then again the beauty of the league is pretty much anybody can win on a given night.

it is a long season.

the big boys will distance themselves as the season goes on.

also: the sabres are surprising the out of me...i still don't think it will last but Ryan Miller will be a bright spot for the US olympic team in 2010.

they still have no chance of winning though, but maybe could snag a bronze.

I was more pissed that the sharks didnt even put on a good game. Looked just a mess. I hope they can get this new system down soon.
elFreak
it happens.

do not let anaheim's record fool you, they are just as good as san jose. San Jose is built for the reg season, the ducks for the playoffs (and to beat san jose and detroit).

The ducks do not even have their best roster out because they had to send some very good hockey players to the minors due to salary cap troubles. Once they get that fixed, watch out.

<3 ryan getzlaf even if i ing hate the ducks.
