Alexander the great. It's back on now, I said to Vern it had to be a big convincing win to give us a chance of taking the series and now we have that. nothing short of perfection will do in the next 2 games though, it's a bad place to have been in but hopefully last years experience will help us out there.

i was introduced to nhl by being shown clips of the best young players. Sedins, ovechkin, kane, toews, malkin etc and just appreciated the all round effort from ovie. He has the skills & moves but isn't afraid to hit & give everything. Can't help but admire it. I also like toronto, chicago and calgary but can't fully support them cos I have to stick to one team, so washington got it.

I just find it amusing since I live a block from the Caps facility, but like 1200 miles from England.

as a sharks fan what do you think the overwhelming feeling is if you guys don't make it past the first round? i would guess you want some people traded but who would you keep exactly? just curious.

i can't say i've been watching the sharks but that is what i would have said but not sure if that would be the "correct" thing since i can't claim to know too much about the sharks

Well theres a few guys that are on their last year so and a few going free agent. I dont see the sharks having too great of a team next year because of that. It stings more because its the ducks, I live smack dab in the middle of ducks territory and Id like to walk around with my sharks gear heckle free but looks like they get the last laugh.

Id love to keep Boyle and Blake but I need to see if they are retiring. Cheechoo hasnt done too much this year. Setoguchi is a strong young talent but I think hes free agent and will get a high offer elsewhere.
If I had to pick one guy to to keep it would be Boyle. He plays some sexy hockey.

warning: epic 3rd period shark collapse coming

thank god crisis averted...now back to anaheim
Saint John
Thank god they won. I kind of doubt they are going to win though in game 6. Finally Thorton does something, he has been slacking a whole buch.

And Nabby oh my god, why isn't he so clutch at some times, and a complete flake at others.
