Everyone is able to vote and because YOU GUYS (majority) don't agree with them - you automatically think they are stupid.

Smart people might vote for McCain and even give decent reasons for it. You are not one of those people.

The Bay Of Pigs was an act brought on by Republicans on top of all that!
It wasn't.

But you can think whatever.

And to say that I am speaking.. I said OLDER CUBANS are generally republican. Belive it. I lived there I know them.

CUBANS generally VOTE REPUBLICAN. The younger generations are straying away from what happened in the past.

gernerally cubans agree with Republican stances on CUBA hence them voting for it.

...but those ARE her reasons, even if they don't make sense to you. Your reasons for voting who you vote for may not make sense to her but she doesn't care.

Do you think Jeff Foxworthy is funny?

I came in saying I am grossed out.

Then it got civil why?

Everyone has their reasons as to why they vote. Are you going to question them? Good luck with that.

Yes, I am. And not just republicans, democrats too. Its sickening how many people are voting on image and I think that in order for a democracy to work people NEED TO BE ABLE TO BACK UP THEIR POSITIONS WITH SOMETHING, regardless of their politics. I'm not a hardcore obama supporter, far from it. However, if your basis for your vote seems to be stemming from racism and bigotry, then yes I'm going to call you out on it.

“Older Cubans are still more entrenched” in traditional cultural positions such as support for travel restrictions between the U.S. and Cuba, but now, Martinez told CQ Politics Monday, “Cubans are getting into the mainstream.”

says the former mayor of my city who I did not vote for into congress.

I'm more into the older ways. I refuse to go mainstream!:stongue:

Who I voted for - Cuban-Americans have traditionally supported the Republican party because of its overall hard-line opposition to the Castro family regime. Diaz-Balart, and his brother Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart , have been among the most vocal opponents of Castro in Congress.

not cuz they said that - i just found this article.

The age of a president is a legitimate concern as it brings into play the questions of health.

John McCain has had skin cancer, and the doctors never ruled out it wouldn't come back (again).

Given his age, fighting off a horrible cancer like that could very well affect his ability to run the most powerful country on the face of the earth.

It's hard to press the nuke launch codes when you are lying in a hospital bed hooked up to an IV.

Oh wait, I forgot, Palin could handle all of that no problem!
