It so ing rocks! I was playing Need For Speed Undercover on my 24" widescreen monitor at a resolution of 1900x1200 will ALL settings cranked to the max. Here's the specs on power supply:
The watercooler I bought 2 years ago is not the best. I think I'll get something different, or build my own. I've seen good sites for parts. I can feed it up from my cool basement to the computer for best results. It's a Kingwin AquaStar AS3000 Liquid Cooling Kit. |

As for the QX6700, I hope you've overclocked it or you totally wasted all that money for nothing. You pay for an unlocked multiplier with that sucker. I am currently running a Pentium Dual Core E2160 overclocked to 3.4GHz, but on Monday I ordered a Core 2 Quad Q8200 ($209, woo) and intend to overclock the out of it as well. |

What's the point? That's a total waste of money. I'd wait for the next-gen of the Nehalem core before upgrading already. The "toc" of Intel's "tic-toc" development path, that is. |

installed it today, easiest install ever!
runs very smooth. I don't like that I can't switch to classic view, but maybe I am still learning more. No install for AD admin tools pack for the OS, same issue with Vista, hope that comes out soon so I can do admin work. Gonna try more programs on it tomorrow, so far the ball is rolling... |
