doesnt nec needs to be a panel based new channel. Just balanced reporting in the actual stories.
Right now all i see is REMAIN CALM BUT BE SCARED AND GET YOUR SHOT!! with little reporting on the debate about the shot other than the "they are crazy, get your shot" angle.

They totally fcucked everything up.
First they did blow it all out of proportion,
then ordered a sh!tload of vaccine,
saw that the public isn't finding it a big deal,
tell Glaxo to slow down on production because polls showed less people interested in the vaccine than expected, and need to save money
the virus isn't spreading as fast as expected a month ago
The media put a face on the virus (child who died)
the face generated a huge demand all of a sudden
Government then blames Glaxo for the shortage.
I'm pretty sure I summed it up right.

I hope your nephew is ok!! Its a nasty flu but luckily most people are fine and get through it.
Either way great response for them to see how many people they have instilled fear into..
Whenever I feel I am getting sick i eat raw vegetables and fruits.. and it gives me energy instantly.. TRUST ME IT WORKS! better than Coldfx.
Wondering if vaccines were made to dumb us down so we will be unable to think critically or for ourselves.. anyways cant wait for this fake world to be over..

my initial plan was to boycott the shot but my parents want me to do the opposite. they want me to go wednesday and i know this decision is the direct result of them paying too much attention to the news network

Sucks for your nephew and family dude, seriously. I'm glad to hear that he's not one of the .047% of people who get H1N1 that die from it, and I hope the rest of your family gets through ok when the virus inevitably makes its rounds through the circle.
You're still missing the point of building up the immune system though. You keep thinking we're saying that you build up the immune system so that you "don't get H1N1", and no, that's not the point. The point of building up your immune system is to fight off the virus when you become infected, destroy it, and in the process, build the proper anti-bodies against it so that you're less likely to get it again in the future. Just like your nephew is going through right now. And also, coincidentally, exactly how a vaccine works. Granted, they don't give you the real virus in a vaccine, so you don't (usually) get really sick, and it's much less effective.
By the by, it IS a human flu. It is now anyway, and there's no way to prevent the normal flu once you're in contact with it either... Except to get it, live through it, and develop the proper antibodies against it for the future.
Anyway, you're spot on with the government -up surrounding this thing, but I think my version of the story sums up the whole story in a nutshell much better ;)
