Finnish ex-Health Minister Speaks out on swine flu
LOL @ Senile old lady. Retarded conspiracy theorist claims the 'elite' wants to rid 2/3 of the world's population? Big Brother microchips in the vaccines? She made up her “Chief Medical Officer of Finland” title and writes books about UFOs.
Yeah, real credible source.

Lawl, got any more videos to share?
In particular, any wicked conspiracies to share with us with lots of evidence? Don't worry, I'll keep my standards low like yours, I'll take any picture taped to construction paper with a typed heading as proof.

Don't worry about the thermisol in the vaccine... there is less mercury in a dose than there is in a can of tuna you'd buy at the supermarket.
What is worrisome is the adjuvant, particularly the squalene. There are really no long-term studies that prove it's safe.
Apparently only the Canadian H1N1 vaccine contains squalene and the US one doesn't, but Europe has been using it for a while in other vaccines.
The only purpose of the adjuvants is to make the vaccine go further so that Glaxo could ship 10 times as much of it to meet the demand much sooner. Seems reasonable since the dangers of the flu appear to be much higher than the dangers of the adjuvant.
Nonetheless, for those of us like me with autoimmune problems and are afraid of the adjuvant's effects on their immune system, does anyone know when the non-adjuvanted vaccine will be available in Ontario?

More people around the office here got the flu or are telling me someone close to them got it. It's really getting around.

A lot of reports now say that the flu has peaked. Of course health canada is in denial.

What do you assert is worrisome about squalene? Most of the paranoia I've heard about adjuvants revolves around the supposed dangers of exposure to aluminum in the aluminum salts typically used (and those fears were every bit as groundless as the mercury hype). I believe that squalene is oil-based, which I'd expect no one to have a problem with.

I'm pretty sure that this is just awkward wording, but an effective adjuvant would mean that less of the vaccine needs to be manufactured. Also, I am pretty sure that Canada's vaccine is from Novartis, not GlaxoSmithKline, unless GSK is acting as a manufacturer/distributor on Novartis' patent (seems unlikely but I haven't been following every tired story).

It's GSK according to the guvernment's website.
The Aluminum evil hype dates back to the anti-anti-perspirant hype that was going around in the Susan Powter era. People actually thought anti-perspirants caused breast cancer, thus unleashing a worldwide herds of stinking-pitted women.
