a) the WHO is in on it.
b) the majority of cases... well the majority of cases are also mild. Id also like to see who the majority of cases of regular flu affects.
Who are the people who tend to die from it? Chronically infirm and elderly? |

The WHO lost all credibility with me with SARS. Furthermore, the data WHO releases are half the story. Just like that article you used as an example.
So young people are the most affected. But they didnt tell you that most cases are mild and some show NO symptoms. That deaths are rare, and the most deaths are infirm or elderly.
JUST LIKE NORMAL FLU!!! |

Jay, Im curious to know your opinion on how I view the flu shot...
As a tax payer I dont mind paying for the flu shot because it helps keep the population healthy. I agree that not many people will die. But each flu season our doctor offices, clinics, and hospitals become full of people with the flu. People should be smart enough to realize that going to see a doctor about the flu is pointless unless its REALLY bad - but they are not. They take seats, appointments, and hospital beds away from people who are sick with other things. I tend to get bronchitis every winter and I find it very fustrating that I can't get an appointment with a doctor for a few days because they are overbooked. The flu shot may not save lives but does it not help keep people healthy and allow our doctors to have more time for other illnesses?
I think this is especially true with H1N1... People are extremely horrified of this flu and I am sure run to the doctor the second they show any sign of it. |

Did you know Canada ordered 50 million doses for 33 million people?
Explain that one! |
I can explain that one...the pharmaceutical company with the rights to the vaccine did a good job with the scare tactics and got Canada to spend a lot of $$$$$ on this. |

As a taxpayer i think its ridiculous that our government bought 50 million doses for 33 million people. As a taxpayer, i think its ridiculous that we blindly buy into the idea that there must be 2 flu shots. As a tax payer i find it absurd that this medicine is fast tracked without proper study and investigation. As a tax payer ive always felt that people who go to the emergency ward that dont have emergencies should be charged for it. (ie going to the hospital because little johnny has a runny nose and cant sleep) |

But they ARE INFIRM!! That means cancer, muscular dystrophy.. etc etc.
Those are people that die EVERY DAY from normal flu.
So you are telling me there is a mass epidemic of young healthy people dying from flu this year? Above and beyond any number previously seen?
I highly doubt it. |

I WASN'T talking about seriously ill people! I was talking about younger crowd with blood pressure problems, for example - I personally have low blood pressure but I'm not infirm! |
