GoVentures may have some issues, but they're not Fresh. I fully expect this show to go on and be a good production.
Not to mention after how weak the Love Fest apparently was, GoVentures knows they have to do it big for their signature massive or risk losing to Insomniac for good. |

I read online, that Goventures was looking for a larger venue to hold the event for 2 days. So, I don't think it will be cancelled. |

Can you tell me where you read this? Some friends of mine from East Coast just inquired about the event in the hopes of flying out for it and I had to caution them about the status due to the venue issue.
The MM website shows no indication of venue change and nothing about this has been mentioned on their FB page so either they're hoping that somehow the original venue will still work out or they're working behind the scenes to try to book another venue. If both fail, then I would feel bad for those who have made travel arrangements to fly to California. |

"and LAKE ELSINORE is old news , we submitted a proposal months ago, they took their time and lost out, its funny how the media changed it to look bad, we have NEVER LOST OUR VENUE........." |

That said, it seems that there's a Girl Scout convention taking place the entire weekend of MM at Oak Canyon so there's definitely something fishy going on... |

If I'm not mistaken, 420fest pulled in ~20k people and there was still room.

Lovefest was dead, 420fest was packed.
Lovefest was a brisk in and out, 420fest was a pain just to get there. Once my friend finished playing at 420fest (around 1?) I left. LMFAO was still playing so fortunately I got out with zero issues.
I can see problems leaving if a HUGE crowd does come up. And it was dust yeah, but not muddy. Zero mud to be exact.

That place is HUGE, the girl scout deal can be on the other side of the lake. Or next to the main road. The day of Love Fest there was also a big convention or some weird gathering next door. |

Read the comments? Guess the person who owns the park says its not happening? That was earlier, dude could've been lying.

| For those of you who haven't bought tickets, I just got mine today. Try calling around to the authorized retailers. YMMV depending on how many they have left, but the one I went to still had tickets for $63. |
