This whole thing looks like such a cluster... Even if it WAS going down there it would be a mess having 30-40k people coming up to that random spot in the mountains. I've already told a few people to just avoid it and go to the insomniac show.

but insomniac doesn't have ARMIN ONLY, I think you are missing the point. We are not traveling to South Cali for a massive, WE ARE GOING because of ARMIN ONLY. Whoever has ARMIN ONLY has my attention.

i think gv is forced to make the rumor denial posts until they come up with a resolution or a venue change, because what are they supposed to say, ya we lost the venue and are looking for an alternate location?
that will create chaos, so for now they are just denying everything until they have an alternate.
ASSUMING they did lose the venue.

i used to help them out a bit way back when and was able to provide updates on TA and such, and i knew one of their main guys, but he recently left goventures
i dont believe there are any goventure people on TA. the occasional event spammer will a bunch of events out thats about it.
also you guys are getting excited about the wrong thing. who the cares about armin, there is goign to be NERO LIVE for the first time in california

I seriously doubt that NERO LIVE let alone NERO NOT LIVE is selling a significant amount of tickets for Monster Massive.

heh - I agree that most people on here prob aren't too familiar with them... the Nero stuff i've heard this year rocks... would love to see them live myself.

Well that's fine if its the only thing that matters for your choice. The people I was talking to had plenty of DJs they wanted to see at both shows, so I felt fine recommending the one that seems like it will be a smoother experience.
Modthispny, I totally agree with you. Its much better for GV to just pretend everything is fine and have people keep buying presales until the last minute.

i'd go on Youtube and type in their name.... they are in the dubstep genre i'd say but much more melodic.
you'd prob recognize their track 'me and you'.
they did a great remix of Calvin Harris' newest track as well.

Can someone please explain why no good club books him. His set at vanguard last year was the best thing of 2010. Avalon does not suit him, it's too big room and bouncy jacking prog doesn't fly in that club.
