I could see shady GoVentures saying they will still hold MM and hence try not to give refunds. Such bull, already have my ticket. ugghh, skipped Nocturnal for this too! |

this is in bogus... flying across the country for this... cant believe that armin couldn't step in and make this happen
just bought tickets to EFW instead and of course all of the hotels around there are booked up or asking rediculous prices, i just found a ty motel asking $725 for the night....
wait just found a Marriot in Riverside ~8 mi away down the highway.... 89$ sweeeet....

Once again...i'm glad i saved my tickets to Escape since I didn't trust go ventures.

for those trying to get refunds... i'm sure Groovetickets is slammed right now... send them an email asking for a refund. if they balk, then you can take it up with your credit card company.... but GT hopefully didn't release the $ from the ticket sales to GV already so it should not be a big deal to get a refund.
btw, the way these things usually work, the promoter sets up an individual corporation for each party... so while this one will lose $$$, that won't take down the entire company. However, GV has lost so much credibility with this as well as not really having any good venues to throw a party at.... they prob won't big a big player in the future, if at all... but we shall see. |
