do you guys think it's even possible to add armin only to escape from wonderland?
besides from the obvious permits, extra police, parking, etc, there might even be dj politics involved too.
gv really dropped the ball on this one, and what makes it worst is that it's an armin only. |
Yeah, a lot of people had trouble deciding on whether to go to Armin Only or Escape. An AO stage @ Escape will take a good portion of the crowd who had Escape tickets. |

Insomniac made it clear they won't be using the Speedway at NOS anytime soon because sound permits for it don't go past midnight. |

If he committed a crime that could land him in jail like embezzlement, they are free to discuss the details to the public as long as it's truthful. We had a guy steal medication from the pharmacy and got arrested. Our company disclosed everything to the public |
Special circumstances? Like did they file charges and all that? After that point, it is public info I'd imagine since court docs are unless ordered to be private by a judge.
When I took management training it was def mentioned discussing what happened with former employees was a big no-no, especially after a person was terminated. There are very, very specific laws as to what a employer can say about a former employee. The basic thing a former employer is able to say is whether a person worked there before or not; not much else. It's why employers ask for referrals for serious positions, both professional and personal. People you refer are free to say what they want. |

After the riots at EDC, and the ones in Hollywood, now LA promoters are in danger of falling through on an Armin Only event. This is just embarrassing. GoVentures is about to make LA's reputation much much worse.
Get your together!!!
Although, if armin only falls through, Markus, Umek, Tritonal, Jochen Miller, and Bobina at escape from wonderland would be an all right 2nd place prize... |

yet another update from the OC Weekly article...this time with Reza being a douche and barely giving a response.
"UPDATE: Gerami answered our call this evening around 7 p.m. PST. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the statements made in the previous update to this article. He questioned the validity of our source with an ad hominem argument against the former employee.
We spoke for approximately one minute. After we encouraged him to finally tell his side of the story, the call was terminated and he ignored several of our calls after.
Gerami told us yesterday that a statement would be released to confirm that Monster Massive will be held at Oak Canyon Ranch, after a meeting with James Events owner Garry James. Gerami said they were to sort this up today and James Events' denial was due to a "miscommunication." As of 7:50 PST, no such announcement has been made. We stand by, eagerly waiting." |

Monster Massive will be at Oak Canyon Park and we will release more information shortly. We apologize for deleting some comments but we have read them all and will address the issues with facts, not rumors or hear-say. We have worked for nearly 14 years building the Monster Massive brand and over a year planning this show. We do not plan on letting down any of our customers, production staff, artists, employees or supporters. |

I doubt that Armin will say anything until he hears that all is confirmed. If nothing is confirmed, we will probably get "unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control ARMIN ONLY Los Angeles has been cancelled" on 10/27.
That would suck.. |

in other words, we sold tickets to an event without a set venue and now were scrambling to lock in the venue that we originally promisied. |
