What a ing mess this is.

I think I found Melrose's facebook page. It says he is the General Manager for Exchange LA. Dude should sue Go Ventures!

GV's agressive stance to all this says so much.
The fact they have promised clarification from the venue TWICE and from the city once and the times for the clarifications from those group endeds last Friday says even more.

If things were going as planned, they should be able to easily clear this up. But they haven't, which clearly shows things are not going well at all.

Look at the "Important Notice" on the following page. Seems pretty official to me that GoVentures did not book the venue

What a en joke this has all become. If MM doesn't happen I hope Reza gets spit on and get his fatass best the up if he shows his face at an event in LA. I wish I never bought tickets, 250 down the drain because some fat liar takes advantage of people's goodwill. I'm willing to file a class action lawsuit with the TA community if there is interest

Yeah. that's been there laast week and GV said they were wrong and they would update the site within 48 hours (48 hours to run a website?) then James Events said NO, GV is wrong. Then on Thursday GV returned with once again James Events was wrong and we'd be hearing from them and the city within 24 hours...which would've been by Friday night.

That was the last thing anyone has heard until this article came out.

This is a joke! Thank god I decided not to buy tickets for this when it was first announced. The drama is pretty entertaining though :D

Oh ok, thanks for the clarification. I might just forget about all this and do something else that weekend. I may need to give my credit card company a call...

email or call the ticketing company. who was it, ticketmaster? explain it to them, give them the links. they may just refund it.

getting a chargeback is always a bigger deal

Well, if it was GV who mentioned his name (And I seriously doubt the blogger in question did) then GV just landed in a whole world of trouble. He can sue for defamation and slander, and that's not even going in to labor law and confidentiality violations.
