ok what im gonna say is not meant to be an insult to the people that go to guv to actualyl enjoy themselves but the main thing tat pisses me off is the whole load of cracked out asians that jsut stand around and dont even budge when u try to pass by, or they walk in human chains and jsut interrupt the dancefloor, and just basically act very lost.
(once again apologies to all asians on the board. its not u guys i dont like) |

Why on earth does the guv put the HUGE names in the smaller venue?
I always hear the reviews and the kool hause always has the house/techno djs and based on what everyone is saying is ALWAYS pretty empty. Yet they put names like ferry/tiesto/pvd/sasha in the guv?
On nights when they got big shows like that why dont they put the main headliners in the biggest venue.. unless i am missing something here |

I cant argue with you about the actual club itself. It does have a good layout, decent sound, good lasers, etc. But if those who work there dont give a about your well being, treat you rudely, and let in an insane amount of people causing a possible fire hazard, how can this be considered a GOOD club?? Its gone to , and they obviously have no intentions on fixing the current problems. And the reality of it is, they dont have to because there will always be a draw to this place. |

My ABSOLUTE favourite thing about the guv last night:
The couple that stood there in the middle of EVERYBODY and made out. THE WHOLE NIGHT!!!!! And they just stand there, and you bump into them and try to get them to move, and they just stay there, making out...GRRRRRRRRRRR they frustrated me to no end :whip:

| like a lot of people, my only main problem with the guv is mostly the people, and how packed it gets. but when your dancing and having a grand ol time, and then have someone rudely bump right past you without even saying sorry, or at least smile, it really drives me nuts. especially if the person is only gonna cut right in front of me and stand there with his/her arms crossed. that's happened to me SO many times!! when your at a club like that, your bound to bump into someone, but i at least have the courtesy to either apologize or smile to let them know it was an accident. and you know what? every single TA thats ever done that to me has either smiled or apologized. BUT the guv is the worst for other rude s. |

1. Not putting a realistic limit on capacity. I'm not a in sardine who's only value is my $25...$35....
2. Corrupt bouncers "$60 if you want in this door." "It's still $20 when you get inside." OFF bouncers everywhere. I don't think they should be allowed to wear red. They're angry enough. At one point when I was part of a crowd of PACKED SHEEP, A bouncer was screaming "MOVE!" in my ear repeatedly and NO ONE COULD, so he just started KNOCKING people out of his way. He hit me in the neck and flung a tiny asian girl into me. She was so shaken she looked like she was going to cry. My neck is still sore. NO RESPECT! :mad:
3. World class club? Meh... World class clubbers last night. NO! Vibe. um.......VIBE?
4. Sound? Three words. Boa kicks ass. Oh wait... more words Whoever "governs" Guvernment, YOU PEOPLE ARE GREEDY!!!!!!!! Capitoolistic management. :mad:
5. Oh wait.... there seems to be more. I know it's summer...it's hot.... but the heat in there was kind of stifling. Why? Too many people! Why? Money. . . . . . . .PERIOD. THAT! Corporate clubs suck! :mad:
