On the topic of you coming to Amsterdam, guess I won't be joining you at Extrema unless I can manage to score list or something... it's sold out already!
At least I got my Awakenings fest ticket last month.. no way in hell I was going to miss that one.
(going to see the chemical brothers the night before at heineken music hall too... can't wait!) :D |

That is ty. I knew it would sell out as soon as the lineup was announced though. It usually always does. I believe Extrema is only 25,000 in comparison to the 60,000 DV has.
I am sure I will see you sometime throughout my trip though. DV??

Where are you staying btw? We are just on the edge of De Pijp now near the Amstel river.
Some dutch friends of mine were mentioning that it seems tickets in NL are selling out faster this festival season.. there was another tasty looking party called Defqon and apparently it sold out within a day or two. I am buying my tickets for Welcome to the Future and Mysteryland this week.. maybe Rockit but we'll see. Doesn't look like I will make it to the big german parties this summer but we have some nice alternatives so I can't complain! |

It was great, i do only complain not to have attended Sonar on Friday too (was only there on Saturday) and not to have a camera...but since the Antisonar was just out there, it was free,banging,raving and really crowded -a couple of French systems rocked- tried to reduce the amount of staff i might have needed. The only problem of antisonar was the dust.
Actually when i was coming back home noticed somehow that people were looking at me in the metro and understood why once arrived at home: looked like was coming back from the Sahara desert and had became a sand creature! |

yeah I'm sure it wasn't quite as bad but earlier this month when I was at the Free Your Mind festival in Arnhem, I ended up completely covered in dust by the end of the night too! Hopefully it won't be like that at awakenings fest. |
