Also, how is attempting suicide not "on the same playing field"? In both scenarios, the individual goes in with the intent of ending their life. The only difference is the outcome; one person succeeds by making the trigger go click (and really, they're only attempting to kill themselves until the bullet hits the right part of the body), the other person fails by taking the wrong dose or not tying the noose tight enough. At the end of the day, each individual chose to end their life and acted accordingly. |
I don't see it as "ending" their life if they took the wrong dose.
It's a cry for help. Even when I was receiving texts messages in Miami about this - during WMC.. and I did truly believe it because of what I am STILL going through....... when I found out it was through pills I had a feeling it was more of a cry for help then an actual suicide.
I guess that's where we differ. I won't get into it anymore. |

i posted before i saw ur reply.. what's your problem?
I just probably had the worst weekend with Raul being reminded of almost every single day this weekend. Then I saw his post so sorry because I even PM'd Jay myself to tell him that it is still the hardest thing I am going through.
I tried to see raul's fav dj' this weekend and couldn't last 30 seconds without breaking down. :( |
