| And I also find it funny how there were Sox fans posting in here when the deficit was small, and now they're all gone. Yet, if tomorrow Pedro pitches a gem and the Sox rock Lieber, they'll be in here till the very end saying 'Eff the Yankees! Yay.. Whoopie' |

| I had a feeling that once Moose gave up that hit, that runs would start coming in for teh Bosox. Moose is either perfect or predictable - theres very little grey area to him. |

| Too bad Mussina goes from having a perfect game to being taken out, all in the same inning |

"with one swing, Varitek can make this a 3-run game"
and he does
In all the postseason games, so many runs scored with 2 outs |

I'm still here (although not a Sox fan) and pulling for them. I was getting frustrated and was doing some work instead of watching. All of a sudden it has become interesting. Dont know if the rest of a comeback is going to happen though if Gordon and Rivera pitch the 8th and 9th and do their thing.
The one thing that has been going through my head all game is that I'm used to seeing the Yankees lose game one and then storm back into the series. Looks like this year's series is going to have a different look about it.
I am worried about Schilling's ankle though. If he wasnt on at all tonight, how's he going to pitch game 4, or even game 5 (if he rests an extra game)? |

It may be up to Pedro, Arroyo, Lowe and Wakefield the rest of the way. Still a damn good post season rotation. |

8-7!
Yanks are very lucky the ball didn't go a few feet further on Ortiz's shot
will be interesting to see how Rivera does, after being in Panama just a few hours ago |
