wholly crap, everyone take a step back and listen to yourselves. i know that this is a hot issue right now but we are all human beings and we deserve to be treated that way. i think we are all capable of engaging in INTELLIGENT debate without resorting to calling people zionists, sand ******s, jews etc.....
hardcore trancer and cyrus king, you make me ashamed to live in the same country as you. if you harbor these racist views, do us all a favor and keep them to yourself, or get the out of my country.
im not choosing sides int his conflict, but i will say that at least the israeli people have the balls to stand behind what they are doing weather or not it is wrong, they admit that they are doing it. which is more than i can say for the lebanese gov who claim to have no controll over hizbollah and allow them to continue escalating this conflict.
i dont think any of us are capable of preaching about this unless your currently in lebanon / israel / palestine right now. have a heart people. there are people there right now who have rockets flying over their houses, bombs and artilery fire landing outside their doors.
Get some moderation in your posts people, there is no need to be bombing each other over the internet as well....

yes, the lebanese democracy is extremely fragile, yet most of them and the public support Hezbollah, which is indirectly devastating Lebanon, why is that? |
Unless you're watching el-manar (hizbullah TV station) or american media, i have no idea where you are getting your facts from. The moslem shiites are supporting them yes, but not the sunnis, catholics, maronites, orthodox, and the other religious sects in Lebanon. Lebanese people have so much to worry about in their daily lives that supporting extremists like hizbullah is the last of their worries. BUT, when Israel is destroying an international airport with bogus accusations, crippling the country in such brutal ways, with a civilian death toll far greater than the israelis, it's not going to have the vote of the lebanese. If Israel is pressuring the lebanese government, it is not working. They are screwing the civilians, while the governers are sitting in their mansions sipping on a whiskey glass. We will see what will happen in Lebanon after the chaos is over, everybody will be blaming the shiites for what happened. Most of the lebanese want to see hizbullah eliminated off the map. I don't think this is about to happen in the coming months. But for sure in the future the situation will be getting worse and as long as Syria and Iran are supporting hizbullah, god knows what will happen. I hope war won't be the number answer for a solution.
OFFBEAT: did you know that Tiesto spun in Lebanon? as well as paul van dyk, armin van buuren, ferry, carl cox.. i saw max graham and tall paul live when i was there 2 months ago on vacation while nick warren was playing at a different venue on the same night. What a shame that politicians are destroying my country. Wish god can do something about this and not people from Washington. DC.
My 2 cents. |

You know what, it's like arguing with children trying to reason with you guys, i will leave you and the other extremists in this thread to fight amongst yourself. If you can't see the disproportinate damage that Israel has inflicted on Palestine and now Lebanon you either failed basic arithmetic or lack common sense, and therefore i will not waste my time with you. |
ha ha ha, this is like 3rd or 4th time I have seen you calling everyone in here children, in past one week.

Looks like the majority of the world sees how murderous Israel is. Britain, australia, canada, US are the only countries whose leaders think israel is "defending" itself.
I wonder what whining zio's would day if jewish extremists kidnapped Lebanese soldiers and Lebanon began bombing the living out of Tel Aviv and collectively punishing the whole nation.

here are a little facts about lebanon,
1. lebanon is actually a christian country
2. you have to be a christian in order to become a president in lebanon
3. muslims have been increasing in the country since the beginning of the 19th century, some say now its 50/50
4. the lebanese gov't does not have any control of hizbulah. if they try to do anything to stop hizbulah, there will be a civil war.
5. lebanon is known to be a land where other countries battle their fights on. hizbullah supported by other countries, syria, etc...
6. lebanon just like israel is in a horrible location. it is the most 'democratic' arabic country in the whole middle east and worldwide. 'democracy' is just not good in the middle east apparently.
7. life in lebanon is very similar to european and other peaceful countries. nightlife, etc...
i am partially lebanese so it really sucks for me to see all this happening. the saddest part is that the country was just rebuilt and now its getting redestructed for the stupidest reason. so much money going down the drain and so much going out of the country. what pisses me off the most is the season when tourism in the country is at ultimate high. now all these tourists will flee to syria, have fun there if u can!!
im so saddened that the country is not strong enough to do anything. lebanon is a country that is essentially democratic but actually syria has control over it, whether they admit it or not.
i hate israelis action toward the lebanese, i understand what they are doing, they might be overdoing it. my wish is to get hizbullah the out of lebanon and make lebanon become free without destroying lebanon.
every fanatic out there, they all deserve to die for being such close minded. |

You know, we are all guilty of pushing some buttons, but Cyrus and Hardcore take it to the exteme and then some, I think it is safe to say I don't think any one will miss Cyrus.
Now maybe after some house cleaning is done this thread can get back to healthy debate instead of the childish rantings of a few bad apples. |
