You can't make assumptions because I support my people that I don't care about others. I do feel sorry for innocent civilians being caught up in this, but they also suffer as a result of their fundamentalist leaders. Have you ever thought maybe if Hizballah spent their money they used for missiles and weaponry on education, employment, public works, and things that would improve the living conditions for their constituents, this would never happen? Same goes with Hamas. It's not totally Israel's fault for the poor living conditions Palestinians face in Gaza and the West Bank. Their fundamentalist Hamas leaders took their money to arm themselves and fund suicide bombers rather than build up their societies for the better. Not everything is Israel's fault; maybe if these "leaders" were taken out they would have better lives overall, something to ponder... |

| At a party a few weeks ago after Armin spun under the Brooklyn Bridge I met a woman from Lebanon who was partying it up with her friends from Israel. I swear things would be so much easier if the two countries would just have a dance-off. :p |

YOu pulled out of Gaza because you realised that bulldozing the land that the Palestinians used to grow what few crops they could seemed just a tad inhumane. This is true, I am growing tired of hearing about it, what happened in the holocost(sp) was horrible, but every time something comes up today, we are reminded of it, hell.... Its getting to the point that the average person is starting to say, "And?? What makes the Jews so different from the Blacks, Catholics, and other races/cultures that were screwed with through out time?" Not a damn thing!!!
It reminds me an Aunt that I have, she never lets me forget a favor she has done for me in the past, always reminding me of it. To the point that I do not answer her calls, or respond to her emails. It Gets Old.

First of all, the Vatican knew since 1939 about the horrors being committed by the Nazis and still let it happen. Not to mention the Red Cross was completely oblivious and fooled by the Nazis when they toured the "better" death camps to see how Jews were being treated. Second, we did not know nine months before it happened that the kidnapping would occur, we found out later that it was planned nine months ago, so get your info sorted out.
Also, we pulled out of Gaza because what Israel really wants is peace for itself. We gave that bit of land to them not for some asinine reasons like you claim, but because we hoped some of the suicide bombings and bloodshed would cease. In case you didn't know, this war going on right now is NOT with Palestinians, but even so Hamas is another example of what happens when you use money for terrorism instead of education, public works, and things of the sort in Palestinian communities.
This is still a struggle for Israel's survival, regardless of what any of you may think. Out of that HUGE land mass in the Middle East occupied by Arabs and led by fundamentalist Muslims, Israel only occupies an area the size of New Jersey. There is little reason, except for religious fundamentalism, to fighting for that land since the Old Testament proved we were there thousands of years ago, and the main reason for these attacks is still to rid the world of Jews, like Hitler tried doing earlier. Even Ahmadinejad claimed stopping the war would involve "the destruction of Israel." And you know what? I won't stop reminding you of the unspeakable acts he and others throughout history committed against the Jews because you are an example of what happens to people who forget. It is people with your mentality who were eventually brainwashed to join the Nazis, to participate in pogroms, and to fight in the crusades, and only by remembering these events can the world see what a crime it committed against the Jews. After all, not only have Jews not received some form of reparations for what happened to them in the last century, but radicals refuse to admit that the Holocaust even existed. We will remember our past, but others won't, and that's why the violence and hatred against Jews has perpetuated for centuries like this. |

That reminds me when Chris Rock was talking about discrimination and how the jews complain and the blacks and the hispanics and than he was like when was the last time you have seen a native american at a KFC or any restaurant for that matter?

There use to be roughly 30-50million natives in the US. Now they make 1% of the population. So, 3million natives? That is fewer than Jews. and the natives were prosecuted for only like 30ish(?) years. And yes Europeans had diseases they were not exposed to but that is when biological warfare came into place. |
