wasn't too impressed with the quality of the meat. it was at publix for $6 though lol other than that, i would highly recommend the melon cucumber salsa for a piece of steak topping (skirt steak, flank steak) or even on chicken.

it was ok. i think i overdid it on the lime juice when i made the marinade.
i used rum, brown sugar, curry powder, coconut extract and lime juice. the slices ended up being really tart so i'm not gonna use lime juice next time. |

you can grab a great little webber gas grill for like $150. you can put it anywhere...bring it to the beach, etc.. |

thanks:)
i got the idea from a magazine recipe and it was for fish, but i changed it w/ the spice and adding cantelope. and topped red meat with it. |

1 can Cream of Mushroom

2 bags of Rice

Spices

Grill and Slice Boudain

Top off with parmasean cheese
