or you could use a double boiler or make your own with a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water.
indirect heat = never burn and great for making clump free sauces.

are you kidding me? it was awesome. we totally raved out in my kitchen, with my ghetto ass blinds and my dog video taping the whole thing. we ate corn on the cobb and then ed super hard right next to my $20 walmart microwave. |
