invited into a private suite, i have a friend doing some logistics work for the event.
not paying for tickets means i can fly in and out...we booked a round trip for 175 each everything in. pretty sweet deal imo. |

i'm still scratching my head a bit with the rest...but i for sure will make a mash with potatoes/parsnips/celery root/horseradish...believe it or not horseradish works really well to add some tartness.
