I just made a ing delicious warm shrimp salad. First I made a sauce by sauteing one green onion and two cloves of garlic in a little bit of butter. To that I added a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of coriander, and a teaspoon of chili flakes (I ground the chili flakes and coriander together and used a teaspoon of the combined mixture). I let that sautee for another couple minutes while I combined a tablespoon of brown sugar with a tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/3 cup of sweetened milk (I didn't have condensed milk or coconut milk so I used a tablespoon of honey), which I then added to the garlic and onions.
Then I added my shrimp, and when it was just about done cooking, I added 1 whole peach, cubed. And then I put it over some mixed baby greens.
