If he stays then I want Hedo, Jose and Bargs shipped out ASAP. If he leaves and we build with a Hedo and Bargs core then the team might as well cease to exist. For the first time in a long time I'm not excited for next season one bit cause it's only gonna get worse. Colangelo has done a superb job sabotaging this franchise for years to come. Pissed away a ton of money and picks and created a team full of spineless .

I seen a few Youtube videos by Bosh and he looks stoned in so many of them.

So does jarrett jack. T-mac always looks stoned. I think the selling point of playing in toronto is that we're so much cooler 'with it'.

It's been discussed that this is just a little more attention whoring on bosh's part. Nothing wrong with that. Besides giving the impression he's considering leaving only raises his stock on the FA market. Let the man do his thing, I have no issues with any of it, as a fan, he played out his contract, played hard, and never caused problems, he's earned my respect and is allowed to go about his business in any way he sees fit this summer.

If he leaves he leaves He played out his contract and didn't pull a Vince Carter...you can't ask for anything else.

:haha: :haha: i think my posts are more bitter than i actually am. it's not like i'm not losing sleeping over this or anything. it's just aggravating having so much potential a few years ago and seeing it all go downhill so quickly.

exactly, and therefore, he has earned a reprieve from my boos if he does leave as well.

All the raps need is a power point guard or a high octane 2 guard signing over the summer and bosh stays, otherwise, hes gone, and we will be stuck with a sub par team for another 10 years!

realistically, bargniani is a raptor for life, so its just a matter of time to start building the team around him.. he's a natural 4 anyways, so if bosh leaves, he'll step right in

what i see happening in the off season is that BC does a sign-and-trade with bosh and hedo, and we get a top 5 & 3 in return, plus loads of cap space.. ideally we need someone like magette to drive the lane and draw defence away from the 4

Wouldn't it be funny if Bosh turned around and said it to Toronto and doesn't even do a sign and trade...he just goes where he wants for less money. That would be a real kick in the ass for Toronto.

Toronto doesn't have problems scoring...they have problems with D.

REPORT: TURKOGLU DOES NOT WANT TO COME BACK TO RAPTORS

SOURCE

It appears that Hedo Turkoglu's days as a Raptor may soon be over, just one year after he arrived in Toronto on a five-year, $53 million contract via a sign-and-trade deal with the Orlando Magic. According to the Basketball Jones blog, Turkoglu was interviewed recently on Turkish television, where he revealed that he is actively seeking a release from the Raptors. Turkoglu was fined and then benched late in the season by the Raptors after allegedly being spotted at a nightclub in Toronto just hours after missing a game with a stomach virus. In a translation of the interview on the Basketball Jones blog, Turkoglu described his situation: "When the circumstances turned against me, I lost my enthusiasm for this city. My lawyers have talked to the front office recently. Honestly, I do not want to go back to Toronto," Turkoglu told his Turkish interviewers. "My lawyers talked to Mr. Colangelo and I hope that they will come up with a solution soon. During this process I talked to [Raptors head coach] Jay Triano several times. I promised him that whether he starts me or not, I will do my best on the court. However, if I had a more temperamental personality, I would have left the team. Yet, I did exactly the opposite. I did my best. I told him that I have no problems with him. I am not a young player, so it's not a big deal for me to come off the bench," said Turkoglu. By way of explanation for the alleged nightclub incident, Turkoglu says in the interview that he was excused from the game against Denver on Mar. 26 by a team physiologist, and cleared to go home. He says he was later invited out by some teammates to a location that was "100 metres" from his home, and stayed for just 15-20 minutes before going back home. "The day after, the whole controversy erupted," said Turkoglu. "They claimed that I intentionally skipped the game. And the worst thing is that the people making the claims were from Raptors' management and they wanted to suspend me for two games. My attorney settled the dispute and Mr. [Bryan] Colangelo promised me that things would stay between us. "The following day, I was fined and did not play against Miami (on Mar. 28). After the statements of the front office, everybody in Toronto heard the news. Think about the situation I am in," said Turkoglu. The 31-year old veteran played 74 games for the Raptors last season and averaged 11.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.1 assists. He logged nearly 31 minutes per game for the Raptors, who are his fourth NBA club. He has also played for Sacramento, San Antonio, and Orlando.

WOW THANK YOU!!! What a bad signing for Toronto, I hated him on the Magics and hated him on the Raps, lets just hope we get someone good for him.

This would clear up the cap room for two max level players, I still don't think Bosh will stay still but we do have money to burn. Maybe if we could bring in that other player Bosh has been seeking?
