I wish Bosh would've touched the ball in the last 2 minutes of the game, instead of Hedo taking an unbelievable number of perimeter shots. Then he fudged up the last play by almost turning it over.
Pretty frustrating game to watch. No rhythm or flow from either team. Very chaotic. Lots of loose balls, turn overs and some seriously weird calls. I guess that's what happens when the 2 best offenses and 2 worst defenses collide.
The Raptors could've won this game though, if only there was better ball movement and play-making, but it turned into a Hedo show.
So close :(
Edit: WTF is up with Bargnani? Such a streaky player. |
He's seemed fairly consistent this year... 20 points a game, a few rebounds, and hit/miss defense.
Turkoglu is not who I wanted taking the buzzer shot. But then again, if he hadn't fumbled the ball, he may have had a cleaner shot that would have gone in. Mistakes happen.
All in all I'm impressed with how they played. The Suns are a much better team without Shaq, and keeping them to 100 points may indicate that our defense is coming together.
I think Turkoglu taking over in the last quarter hurt our overall point-production, we may have won if the ball was being shared more evenly. |

I'm confident we would've won that game had the last few minutes played out a little differently. To Turkoglu's creit he did keep us in the game, but at the same time I would've liked to see the ball move around more. That's how momentum is built at the end of the game; by getting everyone involved, especially the franchise player. You would think that with Bosh playing so well down low they'd run the ball through him at least once or twice. |

| everyone saw this loss coming. No big deal. They played fairly well until they ran out of gas. Wish they would have jumped on Denver early when they were still flat footed from all those days off though |

With 1 day off between games you'd think they would play with a little more energy though.
To sum this game up: More of the same + some shady reffing (again!). Jay Triano really needs to make some adjustments with this team in my opinion. |

Do you think he has it in him? I've always said, he played a big part in why the Raps were unsuccesful with Mitchell and now he's at the forefront of it all making the same mistakes. I know the season is early but I haven't got a feeling from Triano that he will be able to make drastic defensive changes in order to get us a play off spot, I just don't get that great a vibe from him. |

| A week or so ago he said that too many times they would try a new system out; it wouldn't work and they'd ditch it. So I have a feeling there's no adjustments coming any time soon. |
