| i've been to the last 4 or 5 but i'm seriously considering skipping this time around -- i dunno last year wasn't the greatest experience for me, and felt wayyyy too cramped/clusterf*cky for my tastes. we'll see though, still have to hear more about what's coming up before i make up my mind :p |

tripadvisor reviews are terrible, but for 2 beds in SF for $45 a night, this would work for those on extremely tight budget.

Yeah, it would be a pretty marketing scheme to expose edm to older folks with money. You can't make much money off kids anyway, besides the problems they bring.

Good question!
Last year's official lineup wasn't announced until 3rd week of Aug. if I recall.
Been trolling around sites to see if I can find anyone with those dates booked yet. (no luck.) |

haha, last year they waited till the LAST second to announce it cuz they had a lot of trouble with bookings i heard.
I'd give it a few more weeks then you will see artists begin to post it on their page or their agencies pages |

| i ended up getting my plane ticket for $87 bucks LAX to SFO round trip leave friday afternoon and come back monday afternoon when Virgin America was having that super special deal :) |

soo stoaked for this year's LovEv, as i'll be going to school in the city this year! i just hope for the afterparty that the organisers put trance in main room this year and book artists that can keep a good flow between each other, not: electro - trance - electro - trance...
those are my only critiques...
for the festival im sure there will be even more people this year though :D

| Didn't Syd already say it will be happening after someone aske him about the rumor yesterday, but they will be instituting some rules as a result of what's gone on at pop, edc, etc? Of course, prob means going 18+. Dunno though. |
