Actually, maybe qualify some of my criticisms:
it's not as though there hasn't been plenty of dancing there, it can be done, just with constraints.
I've been to a bunch of garden parties, and can't recall it being the major buzz-kill (security permitting, which won't be 3/30)
With a compelling line-up, MSG wouldn't have been a deterrent, though of course, far from optimal.
If they had at least done the Sensation White model:
GA for the whole venue with floor overcrowding control, could've been ok.
Bottom line though no disagreement: the package stinks.

Don't think that's changed fundatmentally.

You are 100% correct on the glass. I did a wedding once and used a 80mm 1.2 for dat shallow DOF, but its like $2000 so i had to rent one.
Like Skeptic said, thats from behind the booth at D36 for Diggers night
Now Don't get me wrong, not all of my pics are great etc, but I try my best with what I have (had). I always always shoot in Manual mode. I think my pics from DEMF 2012 are the best ones from any festival though that i covered before http://www.tianbek.net/DEMF/ |

haven't seen one reference to aperature from illie regarding low light photographs, all i hear is ISO, shutter speed, and expensive cameras
some of the best 35mm prints come from the most wackest brick cameras in the market |
