BT has not really played trance in awhile. Actually, he really doesn't stick with one style. He's usually all over the place. |

He's played a good big chunk of them, which always surprises me. Throw Gareth Emery on after Sander van Doorn after W&W, and you'll literally hear no trance for 3 hours.
It's a shame because the crowd will be there no matter what music's being played. ASOT is the "big name" in itself. |
Maybe Armin will add Arty, Jochen Miller and Ashley Wallbridge and we can go the whole night w/o hearing anything resembling trance!

It is rather depressing. I saw JC at the EZ Markus afterparty... total electro/trouse. From what I've read on FB and stuff about Ashley, he's gone to the dark side as well.
Arty hasn't been trance since like 2010.

| If sensation can sell out at the Barclay Center with a so so lineup, why couldnt Armin do it with ASOT 600? If he brings out the big guns (Arty, SVD, Gareth, Dash, etc etc) combined with his recent DJ mag #1 placement, I can really see him spinning and selling out the place. |
