what the hell is the point of paying an excess? i thought you pay insurance to cover your belongings or house or car or whatever and if something happens to them then you get the pay out. why do you they charge you an excess for making a claim? IT'S THE WHOLE POINT! |

Funny you should mention the "guard" dog. We had a serious chat this morning about how this could happen with him sleeping a matter of metres from the car. He assured me he is only for decoration and has no requirement to wake me while ttys are stealing my car. I just dropped the ****** at the RSPCA. |

i hate it when plans are made in advance with people and then closer to the date when i try and contact them they dont answer phone calls or reply to text messages. then have the audacity on the day of said plan (which is today) to crack it because apparently i did not organise it. then when i try to call them to find out what the f*#k is going on they say they dont want to talk today and that we can talk tomorrow. which makes me feel like i have done something wrong, when all i am trying to do is organise these plans.
