I dunno about thongs keeping germs off my toesies, that and I don't own any thongs. That's my excuse and I'm sticking too it! :D
'Course there's nothing like telling an american you leave your thongs on the doorstep and it goes strangely, uncomfortably quiet... then you tell them, 'the rubber ones' and they just look at you even more weirded out.

oh oh in a similar vein...
i hate organising for people and have them initially indicate that they're interested only to pull out last minute, causing the organisers (or remaining people) to foot their bill.
Lesson learnt - non refundable deposits! |

i got this message at 8:30am
i finish work at 8am..... and had climbed into bed and fell into a coma
"morning jol, sorry to be a pain but if u get a chance can u plz go down & see if max is ok and barking. the gate is locked but he will still bark. he was not well this morning and im worried. thx n sorry to bug u, he was too quiet & coughing this morning"

| i hate it when i order cds from a website on monday night and pay it straight away. and then they ring me tuesday morning to say one of them isn't in stock can i choose another? when it says in stock on the website. and then i wait the rest of the week for them to turn up. and then they don't turn up. and then i ring today to find out what is going on. and they say they are still waiting for the payment. and i say i paid already straight away. and then they check. and ring me back saying they gave me the wrong account number. and they will personally deliver it to me tonight. and that was 3 hours ago. and i still don't have my cds. |
