that's what i'm saying: they're not needed at all: we're told that they're needed so that that industry can SELL their merchandise, and magazines-- NEED means we can't live without them.
we can, and we'd be in a more talent-appreciating society if we did (rather than look-based).
if these so called "normal" people started caring about who they are instead of what they look like, and decided to stop supporting this market then the world would be a better place. If they just read a book instead of a gossip magazine: they'd do the world a favor.
and i don't watch TV or read magazines :) |

i hate cruelty against animals... following a PETA vid radshuffle showed me (that turned me off everything, EVER) showing south east asians bashing racoon's skulls while they're fully concious, holding their little back legs and slamming their bodies into the ground then skinning them alive and waiting for the pain to become so excrutiating they go into shock and slowly die ... i just can't believe what we as a race are capable of.
..i wanna go home and hug my dogs right now.. bad. :( :nervous: |

im gussing uve never seen an animal kill another animal before? my cat used to bite the tails off rats while they were still alive, then proceed to play with the rat like a toy until it died of its injuries. this process took 30+ minutes. and no, my cat didnt eat the rat, it pretty much killed it for fun. |

whilst that might be true, it's far easier, more efficent to put a bullet through the animals head they are trying to get the fur from.
Peta extremists or not, they are pointing out something that is happening and something that should be stopped. |

nick's right tho: we're just like the other animals: we kill for fun sometimes-- you and i don't, obviously; but that's just based on OUR beliefs
oh, and i've never read a full article in beat or inpress: i look at the event flyers, or upcoming gigs on occasion: i wouldn't say i read them. |
