Are you referring to the one that got me into law school?
Or the one that got me into an mba program? because I actually didn't need to write that one....I was accepted without it. |

Just because you were there in the building doesn't make you the authority on what happened.
I'm not suggesting that the force was definitely not excessive - it may very well have been. but since I wasn't there, and I'm not involved in the activity, I can't really say. My argument is that you can't really say either. I think the notion that this kind of force was used with absolutely no grounds is a pretty bold statement and I'm hesitant to agree with it, knowing that criminal activity in clubland is rampant. |
