Why would you buy it if you couldn't afford driving it? |
Where did I say I couldn't afford it, I just said it would be pointless as an everyday driver as it would cost a fortune, and I don't/can't drive it everyday. |

| Ehh, if you're not able to drive your car as much as you want to because you can't afford to spend that much in gas, that equates to not being able to afford the car. To each his own I suppose. I'd rather scale back and buy something I can drive to my heart's content than to have it sitting in the garage. |

over the summer. I'm sure with gas prices climbing higher and higher people will be just clamouring to buy a HUGE vehicle. It's like Ford wants to shoot itself in the foot. |
No doubt it will be popular with the Hip Hop community |

Ah, you must be assuming that because I don't drive it everyday and it sits parked for 15+ weeks, means I do that because I can't afford it.
It's parked for that long because I travel a lot for work, I'm out of town for 15+ weeks a year, that's why it sits. I don't drive it to work because I take cabs to the airport.
When I'm home, I don't hesitate to drive it, or step on it. I know it sucks the gas back, but I knew that going into it. I love the sound and power.
If I commuted to work everyday, I would never have got the car as a daily commuter, it would be such a waste of money.

How about a weeknight then? I have a tournament next weekend so I'm not sure of the schedule yet.
How's Wednesday evening looking? |
What about people who don't live in Toronto and work late some times?? huh?? lol
Just pick a weekend day to do it. As long as we give enough notice (instead of the 2 days we are trying to work out for this weekend lol) then we should be able to set it up, and people should be able to come :) |

So how many of you will be thinking of selling your car at the end of the summer? A motorcycle's looking mighty temping with gas prices expecting to hit $1.50/L. |
Get an insurance quote for a bike and get back to us with your new thoughts. |

lmfao.
And yeah, I hear ya Kevin. I don't work too far from home (Scarborough --> Markham daily) so I love my morning and evening drive (not so much in the winter though :eyespop: ). Best stress relief evar! ;) It would definitely be a waste if I were in bumper to bumper traffic both ways but I take my beloved 407 and open up the throttle, making it totally worth it! :D
ALEX!!!!!!!!! Awesome pics, bro!!! So nice to see you out for that BMW meet! I quoted you on there:

I'm guessing Ford expects to sell more than all the cars in this thread combined in order to generate profit off its development. |

Oh, ok.
And Cale, how bad can it be? Auto insurance is ~5Gs a year for me anyway. |

If we get a location down, I will set the rest up. I don't know Toronto as well as some people who live in it or closer to it lol, so I need help on that. Is there some place near the beaches or some bigger parking lot some where near there?
Anyone? lol |
