Why if you had the choice, and you did because you bought a brand new car, did you not get a pure manual transmission? I dunno, it never makes sense to me why people do this, it's just so much more fun to drive a manual. You don't race anyone, so it doesn't matter that the transmission can shift faster at all lol. To each their own I guess...

Trust me, it's plenty fun. :D It's even got the silly quasi-manual shift on the left side which I have never felt the slightest inkling of a need to use.

Oh, I realize that stick is fun for a lot of people, and I'd never want to take that away from them, but I've just never cared that much, personally. Then again, I bought a sedan instead of a coupe because I actually wanted to be able to fit groceries in the trunk or attach a bike rack. I like a car that's fast and handles well, but those factors don't dwarf practical concerns.

As far as I'm concerned it's a silly debate; I don't think autos are better or faster, and if you like stick, drive stick. I prefer to have my right hand free so I can bitch-slap anyone who yells "WATCH OUT FOR THAT TRUCK!" or asks me to change the music.

Well I barely drive it right now because of the weather. I have so much in the trunk because it slips and slides all over the road but as soon as the weather gets nicer we will meet up for sure!!!

The Crossfire I was looking at sold today, goddamnit. I was going to take a trip out to look at it.

Also, one particular Z I've been eyeing up turns out to be a US car... Still a decent deal, but no warranty now, and it's only 3 years old.

Finally, I've been coaxed into seriously checking out a silver '05 S2000 tomorrow in Brampton. Here's hoping I decide I can tolerate it.

I guarentee you will love how that thing handles. Great little car.

Does anyone know any sites where you can select rims, and then see how they look on specific cars?

I know www.tirerack.com has this, but I've already went through the rims on there and I want to see more lol.

Consider this fate doing you a favour and pointing you towards the S2000.

It's a way better car than the Crossfire.
mdiddy
I will agree. S2000 is the most exciting, reliable, and lunatic car to drive (if theres a budget) however, the s2000 ends in 2009.

the crossfire is completely rubbish.
the new 370z SHOULD be better then the awful previous 350z.

and anything infiniti is garbage.
