Come on, man, where is the PLUR? We shall like/share/endear/encourage/nurture this muscial phenomenon with our brothers and sisters, not demean one another like we are in Junior high school. |

Whats the big deal. Its easy enough to find yourself.
I'm about 60 min through right now and my first opinion is: eh, its ok. There's really nothing special about this. Nothing really caught my attention. It's technically very good but that's not enough.
edit: w00t 998 posts!! 2 more until my big 1k celebration! |

Hmmm... not sure what to say about this one in particular, it has some special feeling to it, it gets incredibly interesting at moments and then when you're thinking it's about to reach the next level, boom.. I don't know.
I'll listen to it on the beach... or at least on a better setting that's for sure, my living room might not be enough... |

| apart from about 2 tracks (one of those being "something I realize") I thought the CD was quite ace. its darker than the first involver and much more cohesive. i feel like i can listen to it in a club and at home but then the first one offered more variety between the tracks. to be honest, while i respected it, I never listened to the first one all that much. i always found his other mix cds to be more dynamic. this one feels somehow less eclectic but more rewarding. |

You do realize that this is the same thing as linking us to the download of any other CD, right?
The fact that this is a promo, or that the official version hasn't been released yet, changes nothing.
...but then again, perhaps you just don't care. |

So I won't demand a post of the promo, cause it's just not right, and it probably violates some confidentiality agreement.

What I came across was a link to this on a blog, which included the 133MB set and a .gif file showing a tracklist, there was no user agreement, "do not circulate" or "do not post" material anywhere. It appeared this was a public promo put out by GU to anyone who was willing to hear it. It does have the voices (GU promo copy) on the file, but they are sparse and not often. Set is 256KBit and 72:35 in length. Again, from the tracklist that came with it, there was nothing indicating that this was a private/non-public seed of the promo, and it surfaced around August 24th. That's all I know. |
