| Tru Events |
Hello Everyone -
This is Michael of Tru Productions. As most of you know, we produce events in other markets as well as Ohio. We are throwing some of the most high profile events during the (DETROIT ELECTRONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL). I know what a big deal the festival is to the masses and I would bet that most of you on here will be making the trek up for at least one of the days. I thought I would inform you (unless you already know) of the events we have going on. I hope to see everyone there. Thanks for the years of support with everything!

But there has always been a good show every couple of months. I was afraid the bad economy would lead to less shows...
Before there was Corsten, Tiesto(ya not a big fan but crowd is fun), Armin, Gabriel & Dresden(split up now), Paul Van Dyk, Darude(my favorite show ever)...now there is nothing. Benassi should be a fun though. |

yea benassi is a nice surprise for the beginning of summer...should be a good show at Metro too, even though that venue is a little lacking in some areas...but hey its cleveland, just thankful we get something. |

Metropolis is a sweet venue I think. What do you think it is lacking? Maybe better lighting?
I went to see Oakenfold in San Francisco 2 months ago and went to a place called Ruby Skye. Now that was a great place.
I am thankful we get something, but it is just kind of frustrating. If Cleveland could get John O'Callaghan or Sean Tyas, I would be the happiest man in the world. Never gonna happen though...
P.S. Have you been to Cyrus Waterfront? The PVD show there was really cool. I also saw Digweed there, he was horrible IMO! |

| I thought Metropolis was a pretty decent spot, myself. |

I just think it's too small and the stage area is odd that's all. It never feels right for the artists that perform there but it is one of the only places in Cleveland that works well enough for Edm. The sound is good but there's no atmospere to the place. No soul. It's just an empty warehouse. I'm happy otherwise that did are coming. Never thought I'd see hawtin outside Miami or NYC so that's a nice treat. |
