| yes it was! I went :eyespop: :eyespop:. His mixing wasn't on 100%, but the tracks were great, so he totally made up for it |

He has never disappointed when he's spun in Ohio. That was friggin awesome - pics to follow when I get home later today.
I had a good pic set up with George himself, but some guy with a videocamera light ruined it =( Oh well...maybe next time. |

| Did anybody else think baby anne really sucked? I never thought she was so stuck up either, everytime somebody would try to take a pic of her she would put her head down. Then after she was done spinning, some guy wanted to take a pic with her, and she pretty much just ignored him and her friend said "she doesn't take pictures" or something to that extent. LOL |

I had a pic with George himself but the flash was off and some dork with a video camera headlight combined to ruin it and I didnt have the heart to ask for a second shot...figure there will be another time ;)
Also have a cool 15MB movie of some guy they pulled up on stage to show off some spiffy lightsticking moves during Baby Anne's set. I have no place to host it but will do so over AIM to anyone interested.
As for Baby Anne's set, I just didn't feel the energy - anytime she did acknowledge the crowd, it seemed halfhearted at best. George, OTOH, plays the crowd like no other. |

well, i'm off once again for army training, i'll be gone the rest of august down in ft lee, va... chunk was a very much needed goin away present, cheers to everyone who made that happen, especially us OHTA's! :cool: have fun out and about in ohio everyone! you think the heat is bad here, i just checked the forcast for ft lee tomorrow the high is 98... and i'll be in my comfortable long sleeved / long pants black and green uniform.. aweeeesome

when i get back i'm really gunna get on making those OHTA shirts that were discussed a bunch of pages ago, i really like that design with OHTA in the turntables. if anyone wants some we'll talk in a few weeks. see ya later! |
