umm i was just at traffic saturday night, its very not closed...upstairs and downstairs were open. Evan Evolution replaced Darude and IMO did a muuuuuch better job than Darude ever would have...the only reason i went out was to hear his set. |

rightttt. He usually plays some really dirty electro. Personally, I'm sick of that stuff - it's too redundant. I can't remember the last time I listened to an awesome live trance set. That's why I was really bummed that Darude got canceled. Thank God Ferry is coming here. Heck, I may even drive down for Above and Beyond |

definately go to Above and Beyond if you can. Its worth the trip. Thats the show i'm looking forward to most out of all of these.
Ferry will throw down for sure.

Evan is good as far as technique. However, I'm truly sick of electro house. I just can't take it anymore! |

Everybody MUST come down for Above and Beyond. I am soo excited for that show. They asked for three hotel rooms, so there is a chance they'll all show up and that would be unreal!! (<--- False hope, never happens:( ) I really dont think the show will get a ton of support from here in town. I've been hyping it up for about a month now, and there doesn't seem to be all that much interest. Not sure many people down here have ever heard of these guys, lame. I acutually wish they would play where Sasha and Digweed are playing tonight. Sugar is not the best setup for trance, and last time I was in Karma (over a year ago), the rennovations looked really nice... who knows now though, guess we'll find out tonight.
PS - PM me if and when anybody decides they definitely wanna come down for Above and Beyond on the 24th. We shall party! |
