and Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate, Richard Durand, Marcus Schulz, Ronski Speed, Duderstadt, Talla 2xlc, DJ Shah, Blank & Jones, 16 Bit Lolitas, Bobina.. etc etc.
I guess he produces MOST of their tracks too!

Not that I know of. Armin I know. Funny how some people here are tring to cloud the truth by making jokes, but the truth will eventually come out. |

Imagine what the face of the trance industry would look like if the actual creators of this music got the credit that they most certainly deserve. Would Armin, Tiesto, Sasha, and PvD continue to be on top of the DJ Mag list if people found out the truth about their productions?
|
Yea, maybe Ferry can be nr. 1 now :D |

are you sure that this raz guy just dosnt write melodies? i just find it wierd how all thes top name tunes are claimed to be written by other people.
But on the other hand , how can you have a 7 month tour and release , lets say 3 tracks , year after year.
I dont know what to belive:crazy: |

Funny how some people here are tring to cloud the truth by making jokes, but the truth will eventually come out. | Thing is.. you claim that he produces most of Armins tracks, he is indeed a producer hired in to work mostly on vocal tracks for several artists.. which you can see on his myspace.
So he co-wrote some of Armins vocal tracks and you go to the conclusion that he produced most of his tracks? |

Not sure why everyone is so surprised about this. In mainstream music the artist rarely write, produce or have any part of their music. I think many people have an issue within dance music because its the songs without "lyrics" that people are calling their own. However a melody in dance music is much the same as lyrics and if they co-produce the song together who cares?
As for the people who dont have any part in producing a track what so ever and simply pay someone for the song or buy a track and slap their name on it claiming its their own thats a different story. Its sad people claim its their own but thats just the nature of the beast. As long as there are people willing to get paid to produce a track and dont care if they get credit, there will be people willing to pay for the fame.
I do think the people who do pay for the tracks should do a bit more homework as many times I personally have asked someone "What do you use to produce" and all you get is a blank stare or "I dont really know?". People just get bent out of shape within dance music because the DJ's are so accessible and down to earth with their fans. Fans think they are close to the DJ's and produce in their own bedroom with dreams of making it. So when they hear their hero or guy that talked to them at the club after their gig payed to have the song make them famous they get all butt hurt.
All it really should come down to is if you like the music, just enjoy it. If you care so much about wanting to get famous or who is famous in dance music, start producing yourself or buy a track yourself. If you know anything about EDM or are a part of the industry you know who pays for music and who cares. Just get over it and enjoy the music. |

Add Nifra to the list of people that don't produce. Sleeps with Marcus Schossow in return for him producing her tracks. Funny because he does not try to use different synths/fx/sounds in her productions. A Nifra track sounds 99.9% like a Schossow track. Listen and prove me wrong :) |
so does greg downy and sophie sugar :D |

I should have said "many" and not "most". My apologies. |
