too bad Cheryl Bernard didn't watch tonight's game before playing hers. She may have understood that when you are up by 2 and in the last end, you can just throw your rocks through the house to prevent you from choking and then subsequently choking again. |

i wonder why HBC doesn't manufacture more of the Olympic schwag due to the high demand considering that they've been losing money for some time..

I'm actually glad they didn't. When I was in Van I got harrassed so much about my jacket I bought in Ottawa :p . They ended up shipping much of the Canada stuff from all the other stores across the country to Van because of the demand, and Vancouver opened its HBC Olymp8c Store 24/7 to deal with the insatiable demand. That jacket's a collector's item and I hope it stays that way considering I paid $100
These only come in black, only the athletes' ones you see on TV come in red.
Hoodies are okay, but I prefer ones without the hoods, myself. I could have sold a few of the pictured jacket and paid the trip back home.
I did see ONE person wearing the parka... no surprise at $500 a pop. You can probably still get one of those, smirk. |

this is incorrect I believe. It should be four tournaments: 1998, 2002, 2006 and this one (allowing of NHL players to take part). ing Sun papers :p
they are the only country to win four medals in the last five Olympic tournaments is what is should have said. |

I believe this is most medals won for a HOST country. According to CTV Morning.... the closest was 10 by the US in Salt Lake.....
But they didnt mention Most gold medals in ANY Winter Olympic games. If the total for most gold medals period then yes that is amazing! |
