Seriously, how hard is it to pull Benno out of Armin's studio and fly him there? Ugh. I like Piet, but based on videos I've seen, Rank-1 live is a TOTALLY different (and better) experience.

unfortunately, chase & status website lists it as a dj set, and their edc ny was also a dj set
it initially had it shown on their website as live, it was probably changed shortly after (a mistake, im guessing).
i'm still going to go see them, here's to hoping theres a non-ty MC and they pick some good tracks :X i listened to 5-10 mins of their EDCny set and it wasnt bad so

just sell it on stubhub. no hassle - you get a prepaid shipping label and don't have to deal with people flaking/not paying/etc. Do keep in mind the 15% seller's fee, I still think it's a good deal. Right now you could sell it easily at $353 and get your $300.

Rank1 live was a big draw for me. Not the only one but have always wanted to see a live show by them. There is an entire element added when its a live show - even if songs played are the same.

Rank 1 live is the , it's really impressive. Saw it at Nature One 2008 and it was really the highlight of the show for me. they build up the tracks 1 loop at a time while playing synth lines, if you ever wanted to break down a rank 1 track and mess around with the sounds that's what they do, and kind of mash them all together. i just love all their samples and synths so it's really interesting to hear how the tracks are built. But if you don't already like Rank 1 it's not going to change your mind or anything.

Notice all the equipment and the keyboards etc.
A DJ set is just some CDJ's and a pre mixed set pretty much. They don't really compare, especially when you hardly ever see trance DJ's do live shows.
