| when I saw rank 1 live in 08 it was also 45 minutes. i'd probably still go to EDC if it were just rank 1 live for 45 minutes and nothing else. :D |

You should call the box office the day of the event or perhaps even the night before and check what the starting price at the door is.. Sometimes, the final presale price can be $75 but the GA prices the day of could start at $40-50. |

Yeah Markus' Den Bosch set from last year trumped this year's by FAR. I wasn't very impressed with his set from EDC NY a couple weeks ago either. Way more vocals than usual and just flat out not as hard as he usually plays. Hopefully not the case in Vegas....but then again, Vegas is usually synonymous with CHEESE when it comes to dance music :tongue2 |

asides from a few world premiers, i was a little dissapointed with the EDC new york set too.
calvin harris, that nicky romero snippet, and gotye.. :(
but out of all the trance dj's out there, hes still the best by far so i guess not every set will be perfect. |

Hearing Gotye mashed up over and over again reminds me of every dj mashing up Rolling in the Deep in 2011 :/
So I'm looking forward to hearing a bunch of IDs that haven't been posted on the net yet.. I was wondering, do DJs commonly drop a track for the first time at a festival of this magnitude, or would they test it out first at a smaller gig beforehand |
