| For those of you who were at gates right when it opened (any of the three days), how was traffic getting to the motor speedway? |

| So how was the crowd? How high was the cheese factor? I'm listening to Dash Berlin and this is cheesier than a dairy |

He played alot harder at pop from what i did hear but i missed most of the beginning then went to see armin. Ferry and whichever of aly&fila played the hardest sets of theirs i have ever heard. My only complaint about armin, too short but he played what i wanted to hear after listening to his new york set nonstop |

Holy cow. Just got back from EDC.. biggest and baddest party I've ever been to. Trance stage was so damn fun!! It was truly a spectacle to behold. It felt like there were twice as many people as Saturday.. My guess is 130k in attendance??
So, Ferry's sets have been mediocre at best for the past two years but tonight, he made me proud as he hammered it out from the start. I couldn't stop dancing! Loved it when he dropped Orjan Nilsen's Endymion ... anyway, gonna give a full recap next time... |

| It did seem like attendance tonight was the highest of the three days... Still sitting in a bus =\ sucks. |

| A pedestrian was hit and killed on lv blvd so the whole road was closed southbound and traffic is extra bad on 15. Not sure if it was a party attendee but wouldnt surprise me the way ppl were running in front of cars |

Anyone know who the special guest was on the discovery stage from 4-5 today (the float)? He was playing a pretty good set and i felt kinda bad because noone was there but the way aly&fila were playing i had to go too.
Wow that was one wild and wacky weekend. I knew it would be pretty crazy but never imagined anything so extreme on the good or bad sides. I would do alot different if i come back. I would definitely not drive to vegas or stay on the strip. What i did see was really good but i spent far more time driving than really enjoying myself.
Most likely i will just stick to skills massives and the insomniac ones in LA because i just dont like vegas enough for all the hassle. this trip cost me about as much as a budget wmc and i had a lot better time at those for longer. (would be cheaper if not for my terrible planning, and would have had more of a good time if not for the wind, so it's really my fault and the weather, and i think insomniac and the artists did about the best they could given the circumstances) |
