I actually had a great time despite the wind and traffic.I did make it to rank 1 just in time to catch their whole set after walking an hour and a half at least as fast as the traffic. Took me almost 4 hours to get there by lv blvd. It was really hard and techy, just what i like to hear. Armin and markus handled it like total pros playing off that little float, they really saved the rest of the night. Tonight i just plan to get there late and leave early, that or get there really early

Rank 1 was awesome, it's to bad maybe like only 20 people there knew what was going on though haha. Markus was killing it until the plug got pulled... Sucks, was looking forward to W&W, and was really expecting Armin to play a good set with his current 138 trend. His main stage set tomorrow will be cheesy I'm sure

I feel sorry for the ones that had to sit in traffic for 3+ hrs and then finds out EDC has been shutdown upon arrival.
But you know who I really feel sorry for? Calvin Harris. He got kicked off the decks two nights in a row!

The harder the music armin plays the better. these last 2 years he really has changed - least with the ASOT shows. And yea with Rank1 its a shame many have no clue about trance from just a few years back. Rank1 live is a ing gift!
Sucks about the wind and people are attacking insomniac now for not taking stage setup into consideration with the wind. I am sure they did but not for those speeds + sandstorm. its for safety. happens. Its vegas - this was bound to occur at some point.
i am sure many artists today will tag team as guests who didnt get the chance to yesterday if they are still in town for all stages.

Traffic has been brutal the past two nights. I am so glad I got a shuttle pass this year. No lines going and hardly any line (20 people?) going back. Even the shuttle driver took back streets and stayed off the freeway going there last night.
