Says the guy who defends a team that almost lost to Turkey, and got smoked by Croatia. Germany better bring their best game, cause Spain is playing with a lot more confidence.
P.S. Sergio Ramos is really one of the worlds best. |

I would have loved to see a Turkey vs Spain final
I think Spain can win it all but they have to overcome the power of Germans. The Germans are tall and can jump for high balls and use their body very well... |

I agree that the Russians didn't really try. It seemed like they didn't want to play.
However, missing key players is a big issue!!
It also backfired on the Turks. They were missing Key players including the number 1 pick keeper. It makes a differnce because you are going out to play with a compelete differen squad. Turkey had to play 2 midfielders on Defense and they made crucial mistakes, one which resulted in a goal.
Same thing with the Russians, missing key players that can Score and control the team. |

SO MUCH RESPECT FOR SPANIARDS! Beautiful and smart game!
Russians gave their all in the game against Holland! Had no energy left for semifinals! Respect. I'm Proud of my team! can't blame them for anything! Def not enough experience to deal with all the hype created by media, not enough experience in playing such important games... all good This is just the beginning! Watch them in two years at World Cup! The new football country was born! Bravo RUSSIA! Bravo Guus! |

| Regardless of them winning I wasn't even paying attention to Spain, I had a feeling they were going to win but I was focus on how well, yes WELL, Russia did play. Such great chances, but not enough oomph. They were tired and seemed like that gave in after the first goal. I wouldn't have minded one bit going into the final Russia. I'm excited to see them play in 2010. |
