| Damn, there is something seriously wrong with the world this year. There's been way too many uprisings and people getting killed in such a short amount of time. I really don't know what to make of these Middle East protests anymore. It's spread like a disease. |

Democracy hasn't shown its face yet. So far it is just uprising. We can only hope that whatever governments come into place are democratic. |

No you absolute cock-knocker - I view each situation on it's own merits, and Iraq was an allied invasion for oil and defense contracts. I saw it at the time, as did a lot of people, and was proved right.
Libya is not that situation. Yes, I'm sure the powers would like a chunk of that oil, but this started as a popular uprising by the Libyan people , against their own tyrant, and he then started killing them because of it.
You're a ing twat if you think this is all some giant multinational media conspiracy against Ghadaffi.
But please enlighten us. Do please explain the "other side". I'll get the popcorn ready. |
