I'm sure they did in one way or another. As did a ton of other people. Still doesn't mean that was the reason they went to war. Vladamir Putin raked in billions in personal wealth from Iraqi oil... does that make him a republican stooge puppet too? |

You are such a moron it is astounding. Stop making up "facts." The US is not training or arming any Libyan rebels, and is unlikely to ever do so in the future. Get your "facts" straight you ing puppet. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/01/w...01military.html

(Reuters) - President Barack Obama has signed a secret order authorizing covert U.S. government support for rebel forces seeking to oust Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, government officials told Reuters on Wednesday.
Obama signed the order, known as a presidential "finding", within the last two or three weeks, according to government sources familiar with the matter.
Obama said the U.S. had not ruled out providing military hardware to rebels. "It's fair to say that if we wanted to get weapons into Libya, we probably could. We're looking at all our options at this point," he told ABC News anchor Diane Sawyer.
In Washington, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton insisted to reporters that no decision had yet been taken. |

Actually, it's the only reason founded in any logic, what-so-ever. The publicly stated motivations certainly haven't held up under the strain of scrutiny. At best, they were proved as somewhat harrowing speculation. Occam's Razor dispenses with that speculation and leaves the no-bid contracts and Dark Market Oil Price Gouging as the only truly outstanding reasons, not just for going to war, but for maintaining the diminished strategic competence through which the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been prosecuted. |

Weak response man. You've been unable to refute anything I've stated so now you just come with the "you're a conspiratorialist".
Just a little reminder, it's not a conspiracy if it's true ;) |
