Dude but I got it to go with the dinner. wine pairing man, I pair my coffee and beer with food :D
this one's good with dark meat, and strong savory flavors, which was perfect. For dinner, chopped some kielbasa into like 1/2" slices, threw em in a skillet with a half an onion, chopped, some thyme, oregano, and a good amount of steak seasoning, little lemon juice if i remember too. Fry that around for a while (stuff I get at the supermarket is already cooked so you juust gotta heat it really but if you don't cook it the flavor from the onion won't transfer over. Served that over a plate of buttered and salted macaroni, and holy was it good. I'ma start on the next beer in 5 or so, I'll post details when I do.

Mmmmm, sounds pretty damn fine.
I prefer wine with food though, beer fills me up too much. |

Hah this one's gonna be interesting:
Pozharnik
Espresso Russian Imperial Stout
its brewed with coffee, and its dark as :wtf:
smells dark as hell, definitely a dark stout
the coffee mixture gives it a taste of toffee initially, ends up with a very warm caramel aftertaste, very smooth. actually not as strong of a kick as i expected, but in a good way. it's definitely got a smooth chocolate-caramel thing goin on, but the hints of coffee make it a bit bolder. nothing that amazing, but definitely good. |

Oh, that one would be a fail for me. I REALLY don't like sweet beers. in fact, I'm not a huge fan of anything sweet :( |

Generally speaking I have no sweet tooth, and I'm not a big fan of stouts. So yeah, this is just kinda meh for me, but I like it more than other stouts I've tried. And its a very natural sweetness. It doesn't taste sweetened, it just tastes sweet. If that makes any sense. |

Yeah, I follow you. As long as it's a (very) subtle kind of sweetness, it's ok. Definitely sounds like an interesting flavour though!
