Trappist monks know their beer.
Chimay could possibly be the best beer I have ever tasted. Quite a dark, and malty brew.

I've drank a lot of the Chimay blue in my time and while it's good, I'd not say it's the best (perhaps very good if you light darker beers) however I'd lean to Duvel, or Leffe Brune/Triple for dark
